Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Lechelle’s life is a living testimony of redemption, resilience, and restoration through Jesus Christ. Her journey shaped her calling—but it does not define her ceiling. Today, she stands as a trusted voice of hope, empowering others to move from brokenness to wholeness, from silence to confidence, and from survival to alignment.

Lechelle is the Founder and Chief Executive of Becoming Unapologetically You, a purpose-driven coaching and counseling organization dedicated to identity healing, spiritual growth, and authentic living. She also leads A Voice For The Voiceless, an advocacy initiative committed to amplifying unheard voices and restoring dignity, purpose, and worth. Through these platforms, she equips individuals to live unapologetically—rooted in faith, truth, and wholeness.

She serves as Co-Chief Executive at Best Financial Services & Associates Inc. and is the founder of Lechelle Ramirez Bookkeeping, blending integrity, excellence, and stewardship in the business space. Her work reflects a holistic approach that addresses spiritual, emotional, personal, and professional development.

Lechelle is also the host of the podcast A Voice For The Voiceless, launched in 2022, where faith, healing, identity, and real-life transformation take center stage. Through powerful conversations and teaching, she creates space for truth, growth, and courageous faith.

Committed to community and discipleship, Lechelle leads B.U.Y.I: Let’s Inspire Women, a faith-centered sisterhood designed to encourage growth, accountability, and spiritual maturity. She also founded B.U.Y.I Publishing, supporting emerging authors in bringing purpose-driven stories to life.

She is the foundation of The Rack | Women's Clothing Initiative, a community-centered outreach program established under Becoming Unapologetically You Inc. that serves women and young ladies in the Pensacola, Pace, Milton, and surrounding communities to help them transition into the workplace and into entrepreneurship with professional attire.

Academically, Lechelle brings both excellence and credibility. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) and is a member of the Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society. She holds multiple degrees in ministry and leadership, including an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Pastoral Leadership, a Bachelor of Biblical Studies, and a Master of Ministry (M.Min.) in Biblical Teaching and Leadership. She is a Certified Spiritual Christian Counselor and a certified Transformational, Life, and Divorce Coach, integrating faith-based counseling with practical life application.

Ordained and recognized in ministry, Lechelle serves faithfully alongside her husband, answering the call to preach, teach, counsel, and shepherd with wisdom, humility, and grace. Her leadership reflects spiritual maturity, accountability, and deep reverence for God.

As an author, Lechelle has written several impactful works focused on identity, healing, purpose, and spiritual growth, including Becoming Unapologetically You and 31 Days of Daily Inspiration. Her writing invites readers to confront limiting beliefs, embrace freedom, and walk confidently in who God created them to be.

At the heart of everything Lechelle does is a singular mission: bto help people heal, grow, and live fully aligned with who God created them to be—without apology.
