Luis A. Ramirez

Apostle Luis A. Ramirez was born on December 8, 1959, in Meriden, Connecticut, to Luis Ramirez and Clara Valle. Though his roots are in Puerto Rico, where he spent his formative teenage years and graduated high school in San Juan, Luis returned to the United States to build a life defined by faith, family, and professional excellence. Today, he is settled in Florida, where he is a devoted husband and father, deeply proud of his Puerto Rican heritage.

Luis is an accomplished entrepreneur and highly qualified professional based in Escambia County, Florida. As the CEO of Best Financial Services & Associates Inc. and Best Financial Investments, he leverages a Doctoral degree in Accounting and an MBA to provide top-tier financial guidance.

A Lifelong Spiritual Journey

​

While his professional accolades are vast, Luis’s true heart lies in his service to Christ. His biblical foundation began at age 25 with an Associate degree in Biblical Studies in Theology, eventually leading to a Doctoral degree in Biblical Counseling in 2023.

​

His spiritual leadership has evolved through several significant ordinations:

​

• Prophet: Ordained in 2016.

• Bishop: Ordained in 2018.

• Apostle: Ordained on October 25, 2025, marking a new chapter of authority and global mission.

 

In May 2018, he established Living Like Jesus Now Ministries, a manifestation of his commitment to the Gospel of Grace. Under the mentorship of Apostle Deborah L. of Living Water Gospel Ministries, Apostle Ramirez continues to inspire his community, teaching that there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1) and to get out and share Jesus with all nations (Matthew 28:18-20).

Personal Mission & Faith

Apostle Ramirez has remained steadfast through personal health and financial challenges, proving that God’s power knows no bounds. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of 2 Corinthians 5:17—becoming a "new creature" in Christ.

Beyond the pulpit and the office, Luis finds joy in ministering to the needy, staying informed through reading, and remaining active in travel. His life is guided by a simple, powerful priority: drawing closer to the Holy Spirit and helping others do the same through purposeful, consistent study of God’s Word.
